Todd Larrabee, President of Employer’s Guardian, LLC., started his career earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. As the Northern California and Nevada Director of Operations for Target Stores, he participated in the Company’s evolution from a regional player to a national powerhouse. During the technology boom of the 1990s, he worked for CompUSA as the Business-to-Business Director of Sales for the Northwest with clients ranging from Intel to the U.S. Navy.

He founded Employer’s Guardian with a few key partners in 2005. He saw the opportunity to bring structure, efficiency, and technical support to the most ineffective part of many businesses: human resources. Today, Employer’s Guardian provides a suite of Human Resources, Performance Management, Payroll, and Safety services that produce industry-leading results for the clients they support and their 4,000+ employees.
