Flora brings more than 11 years of Human Resources experience in managerial and director-level roles within the hospitality industry. She has firsthand experience implementing organizational changes related to meal and rest period compliance and conducting payroll audits to ensure compliance with wage-and-hour regulations. She has obtained her SHRM-SCP certification and is excited to leverage her education in psychology and background in human resources to support our clients in enhancing workplace practices, increasing employee engagement, and driving performance to achieve organizational success.
She enjoys coaching girls' volleyball and is passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
