Her responsibilities include conducting detailed investigations of employee injuries, managing medical treatment authorizations, and overseeing drug and alcohol testing programs to ensure DOT compliance. Additionally, Jennifer manages the maintenance of Workers’ Compensation policies, supports payroll reporting for WC premium calculations, and oversees the production of OSHA 300 Logs, which are essential for maintaining transparent and compliant safety records.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, specializing in Occupational Health and Safety, with a minor in Business Risk Management.
