For more than 30 years, Pam Beyer has counseled employers and managers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, wage-and-hour issues, reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence, performance management, terminations, and responding to employee complaints. Pam has held progressively responsible positions in Human Resources Management including Vice President, Director level positions and brings business experience from Fortune 10 & 50 companies, in the financial services, healthcare, and retail industries. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Pam also has professional certifications as a Diversity and Inclusion Coach and is certified as a Senn Delaney Culture Shaping Facilitator.

Before joining the Employers Guardian team, Pam held senior HR positions with CVS Health and Wells Fargo, where she led and directed talent acquisition, management development, compensation, performance management, and employee relations functions for multi-state and multi-site locations. Pam has led merger and acquisition processes from due diligence to integration and has testified on multiple occasions as a “Person Most Knowledgeable” in high-profile class-action lawsuits. Pam also excels at policy development in union and non-union facilities and has served as management’s representative in collective bargaining and grievance resolution. Pam excels at strategizing with clients to address concerns that arise at all stages of the employment relationship and providing advice and counsel to employers to conducting impartial workplace investigations, and responding to a wide variety of employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour claims. She is a member of both the local and national Human Resources Associations.
