Change is one of those often over-utilized terms that managers throw around at will. It‟s common to hear a manager say “You need to change your ways.”, or “If you changed, you‟d be better at your job.” While management often recommends change, the actual “how-to” to successfully implement change is commonly an unknown. Organizations that master the art of change will outperform their competition. In tough times, this means survival while competitors perish.
