combined Human Resource and Risk Management Experience. Our Team is
composed of:
Todd Larrabee - Managing Member
Started his career by earning a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in
Human Resources. He has spent twenty years working in management for
Fortune 500 companies. He was the Director of Operations for Northern
California and Nevada for Target Stores and was the Director of Business
to Business sales and service in the Northwest for CompUSA. He
specializes in diagnosing and correcting employee performance processes
that inhibit productivity and drain morale.
Three key factors dominated his
routine climb up the corporate ladder at each company. He learned early
on that managers are measured on long term profitability and that
requires motivated employees, labor cost controls and not getting
derailed by major labor or workers' compensation claims. He has worked
with the team at Employer's Guardian to incorporate these key factors
into all of the services offered.
Today, Todd has more than eight
years of experience working with companies that desire policies,
processes and the support needed to drive employee performance and
control employee related risks.
Aaron Smith - Director of Risk Management
Aaron's career started in the
Loss Control department of National Staff Specialists, Inc. He quickly
proved his ability to handle the regulatory agencies such as OSHA and
the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau. As a Certified Safety
Professional (CSP) with eight years of experience, he has helped protect
employees from injury and employers from costly claims.
His experience in handling over
800 workers' compensation claims is now a resource for his clients. His
level of knowledge, experience and proven strategies has demonstrated
cost controls for his clients time and again. His strategy of
aggressively addressing claims helps employees get back to work sooner
and minimize the opportunity for fraudulent behavior.
Toni Wheeler - Director of Operations
Toni built two businesses,
selling each for a profit, prior to entering the HR Outsourcing
industry. She brings nine years of Human Resource Outsourcing
experience to Employer's Guardian and thirteen years of entrepreneurial
experience. She has established expertise in Human Resource Information
System (HRIS) management and a working knowledge of the wonders
Employer's Guardian's HRIS system offers.
Nine years of handling hundreds
of client's workers' compensation renewals, policy comparisons and class
code issues has honed her cost savings skills. Toni's attention to
detail has saved clients thousands of dollars, while they concentrated
on running their business.
Linda Wunn - Payroll Administrator
Linda oversees the payroll operations & procedures, including the timely
input of your payroll data to ensure our clients receive exceptional
levels of service.
Linda started her career with Paychex where she held numerous positions over her 19 year tenure starting as a Payroll & Tax Specialist, then being promoted to a Client Services Supervisor and then on to Human Resource Sales, all while attending the University of Paychex, an accredited university of payroll administration.
